I combined some things I've learned from different blue apron meals. These are carrots cooked with a little lemon juice and maple syrup. Meatballs are beef with ginger, green onion, ground coriander, and Panko breadcrumbs. And regular old mashed potatoes. Feeling kind of proud of myself since it's delicious!
