Anniversary Time!

Happy 2nd Anniversary to my cousin Sarah and her wonderful husband Matthew! They were married in Nashville at Congregation Micah and had an amazing reception at the Schermerhorn. (too bad for those summer brides this year that planned it there, the Nashville flood in May has certainly affected lots of fancy weddings) The night was so much that we even moved the party to the Wildhorse Saloon afterwards.

Sarah is so beautiful! Emma made this lovely bouquet for the rehearsal.

And just 2 days ago, my parents celebrated their 34th wedding anniversary!! Wow!  Boy am I thankful for that one. :)  Here are my sweet parents having a blast at Sarah and Matthew's reception:

Love Note

I knew Pat had to get online early for work yesterday morning so I left him a little note by the computer...this morning it looks like I got a response!

I feel like I am allowed to post this since the blog is called Love Each Other.

Reminds me of the notes I used to get in my packed lunch from my mom.

Engagements Galore

Over the weekend Chris proposed to his girlfriend Julie.  YAY!


And just last night Dave proposed to Dia.  This is all so exciting!!  I remember when Dia moved in to the apartment above Dave and he first brought her to our Hoboken housewarming party.  They are going to make some beautiful red-headed babies! (sorry guess I'm getting ahead of myself)  Here is Queen Dia - better treat her right Dave!

I thought 2008 was my year of weddings, but now it's looking like 2010 might be it - already weddings in Iowa, Indiana, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, and Tennessee.  Who knows where else.  I love weddings, so it's ok by me. :)

Newlyweds!

Lacie and Neil pulled a fast one on me!  They got married 10/16/09! All along I thought they were planning a wedding for Memorial Day weekend of 2010.  Truly happy for them and so glad their wedding day came together just as they wanted, even if it was planned very quickly.  And sounds like they are still having a wedding with friends at a later date, oh boy!  Pat and I got together with Lacie and Neil last night and they agreed to pose for a few photos. :o)

1 Year Ago Today

Kate and Scotty were married in Dearborn, Michigan. They had AMFs at their wedding. I love them.

Anniversary

Happy Anniversary Pat! I love you!!

I married Pat 2 years ago today at the beautiful and slightly warm (record high temps) Cheekwood Gardens. I love thinking back on that day. My uncle Peter officiated and we shared the day with so many family and friends. We had guests that traveled from AL, CA, CO, CT, GA, IL, IN, FL, MA, NJ, NY, OH, TX, (am I missing any? probably) and from Argentina to Hong Kong.

I've been in love with Pat since before we could legally drink, so we have grown so much together. Two years of marriage and eight total years together. I am a very lucky girl.

2nd Wedding Anniversary- Traditional Gift: Cotton

We aren't exchanging gifts this year, but we are planning a dinner date on Friday.

If only we were going on another honeymoon to Costa Rica!
