Recent Happenings

1. Pat found out last week that he passed Level 3 of the CFA!  Thank goodness he is done studying for those tests and can just focus on Vandy.  We celebrated with some margaritas that night.

2.  Sorted through Charlie's clothes...he's already outgrown all of this stuff (sad! good! mixed feelings) and it's now up in the attic.

 3.  Visited Pat's buddy Jacob in Evansville, on our way home from John and Lauren's wedding.  Jacob and Courtney's daughter is adorable.

4.  Teething.  Charlie continues to drool and put everything in his mouth.  We've seen "whitecaps" for almost 2 months in his mouth, but it feels like those two teeth are finally starting to pop out now.

Random note: now that we have finally unboxed all of our wedding china, I discovered that two boxes were incorrectly labeled with our setting, Pearl Platinum, but was actually something else.  So don't just trust the shipping labels and box labels, open that stuff up.  I thought I was being smart by letting it stay in the protected boxes, but no.  Thankfully Macy's took them back almost 4 years and a price increase later (after some serious pleading on my part) and I just received my two settings in the mail yesterday, and the correct ones!  :o)  Phew!
