Smokin'

A few weeks ago while in Nashville, my Dad and Pat smoked a Boston Butt.  It was on the rotisserie for maybe 5 hours and turned out amazing.  They used pecan wood to kind of smoke the meat. 
I am posting this iPhone photo now because....


Pat bought a Big Green Egg today!  We pick it up next week - get ready for summer cookouts!
