Fish Tacos

I tried fish tacos at Surf Taco on the Jersey Shore a couple years back and I have loved them ever since.  Pat and I made a Rachel Ray version with lettuce wraps several months back.  Tonight we tried a Bobby Flay recipe with flour tortillas.  We used about 3/4 of a pound of tilapia fillets which Pat grilled.  Before that they got a quick marinade of lime juice, oil, chili powder, and jalapeno. 

I cut up some cabbage, red onion, and my favorite -avocado.
I think they turned out great.  We each had three and I'm stuffed!
